Hi all
I was at knockhill tonight, turned into duffus, and the trottle cut out.
I thought it had snapped the cable, but its all electronic, after five mins, all working again, drove to get fuel, and it cut out about another four times, back to the track, and it been fine since, another twenty mins on track and then drove home.
Engine light was on when it lost throttle, engine idled fine, started and stopped fine, and did start working after being turned on and off a few/dozen times.
Any thoughts?

I have had a look on the VX forum, and it looks like it may be a connoctor problem, clean them all, grease and reassemble and that cures it , I hope.
Given that is has had a similat problem with the lights, I suspect the car has spent most of its life outside, and not in a garage like most elises have, hence a bit of corrosion in the loom.
I will check it out and see.
The car is now parked up to get preped for Frolic anyway, need a new rad, check the fan etc,
biggest problem I can see is getting tyres, R888,s and 048,s seem to be in short supply.
