The difference between bumps and tramlining is that the car will travel over a bump on a more or less straight trajectory if you let go of the steering wheel (or at least allow the steering wheel to turn to whatever angle it wants to) whereas the car will follow the "tramline" unless you counter with some steering.

It's no problem to come out and pop on the road tyre'd rims if you want to do it, and in fact you could also drive my car back-to-back with yours as they are very similar apart from the camber.

they tyre pressures are a very easy fix, you can always change them back. I used to run them on the low side, so would help alot to increase them.

Fixing the tyre pressures changed things a bit (did that soon after I got it). Not so much that they were all low as some of them were very low, whilst others were fine.

From my hazy memory, he fitted some fresh ones just slightly later than he ideally would have wanted to...ie, shortly after some "fun" on Mont Ventoux. Am I right Neil?!?!
