Rover Testbook T1

I have noticed a few of these things popping up on fleabay recently and as I have a mems 1.9 car that is not OBDII compliant would it be worthwhile ?

I only understand about 2 words in that sentence.

Well I understand more than 2 words but the order you have put them in seems to have spoiled that understanding.
