Stiff Clutch Pedal - S2 Exige

Took the car out today for a brief run to inflate tyres. I noticed that the clutch pedal seems to be alot stiffer and harder to push than i remember!

Have not really used the car since November, is it possible that things may have siezed up? When pulling away on the clutch only the car does seem to judder a little.

S2 Exige S, 9k miles.

Any ideas guys?

Give it some more miles and see if it eases off ... my guess is just a load of clutch dust rusted onto the various moving parts while it's been sitting.
