Hardtop Nut

Does anyone know how to get at these and replace them ?

Similar question for boot lit ones as I seem to be down to 1 of 3 bolts now and they won't tighten so I guess the thread is fairly stripped...

ARe they not just rivnuts in the back ?

I have one rattling around inside my hartop :(

Put the soft top on?

Soft top is on.

I haven't had a chance to phone him regards the rivnut tool, been so busy :(

Use it as an excuse to leave the hardtop gathering dust under the bed where it belongs?

In all seriousness, sounds like pulling apart of lining is required, but having never actually even handled an S1 hardtop, I'll leave it to someone who actually knows...
