Lubing the bush

Need some tips on how to do the above please. Pretty sure Shug has attempted this in the past.

I am of course referring to the gearbox crossgate bush that can stick with time meaning that the stick doesn't self center.

There used to be a page on the old Elise FAQ website but I don't think that's been on the go for yonks.
