Tow the car down the road from home and call the AA.
Best bet at this stage I would say.

There are 3 lots of fuses, 2 in the fornt one in the rear.
The front is in the relay box (The obvious one) and another set under the wiper motor cover - not sure if that's any use though.
In the rear is the fuel pump relay fuse.
I would pull the main fuse out and clean up the contacts. Same for the MFRU. It gets pretty damp in there so corrosion is common.
So the alarm is de-activated (indicators flash and dash light flashes)
Turn on key and no fuel pump and no crank now?
Still sounds like MFRU... are you sure the new one is good? Have a good poke about the MFRU wiring make sur eit's all intact and clean.

Are you getting a voltage at the fuel pump, on the Exige you could get to the fuel pump by removing the access cover behind the passenger seat, it's also possible that the neg return from the fuel pump might not have a good earth, seem to remember a guy over on exiges.com having a similar problem, though this was about five/six years ago, the fuel pump wouldn't prime, car would crank but not start.
