Last night went to get exige out for the dreadnought night but as soon as it hit 2000rpm the traction control was coming in, switched traction off and then the shift up lights came on at about the same rpm. Put the traction control back on and reverted back to traction light coming on as in the first instance.
Have now disconnected battery to see if it clears what I guess might be an ecu problem as I do not think the problem points to a faulty sensor but am happy to be told I am wrong. Thankful for any input in advance.
Ended up doing the track night in Kevs Panda100, (showing his son the way round and then having to sit as passenger with him as Kev's nerves could or would not stand up to sitting with him) looked like the italian job as there were two others out on track as well , but he did give me the caterham later on
