How differentials work

Post by ironside » Tue Dec 22, 2009 10:44 am

I have never seen something explained so well as this. I thought I understood how open diffs worked but I obviously didn't until now:

I learnt how differentials work from building this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nWi6d1i-sLM 8)

Couldn't work out at first when I was building it why turning one of the wheels meant the other wheel turned in the opposite direction  I think I've still got most of my lego tucked away somewhere... Image
