Ive been reviewing my petrol situation for a few months now. Often change from Unleaded to Super Unleaded to see if that makes any difference.
For my £37 / £40 tank fuel I am achieving 200 miles or just over.
Can anyone with an S2 Exige advise if this is norm? Ive spoken to a freind who is getting 300 miles!!!!!!
I dont really push the car either, just your every day drive like most others

Difficult to know without details of how much you are paying per gallon, but I reckon that is probably in the region of 25 mpg.
Also depends on type of driving- inner city -length of journey - style of driving, but 25 to the gallon probably isn't too bad for general use.
Not that it will help much but I get 200 miles or so out of £27-£30 of fuel with the Europa and it normally works out to low 30's per gallon.
Both the Europa and Exige are about the same combined mpg of 30 according to the official figures.

What you're getting is about right. I tend to get between 200 and 250 to a tank although I have had to fill up after 135. It all depends on the type of driving you're doing. I think it was Meatball who claimed to have got 400 out of a tank on a long run.

totally depends on your commute and usage.
I used to get about 250-300 and occassionally managed 320/330, but at the time i was commuting on lightly trafficed roads, with no jams and no urban travelling.
Doesnt sound to unusual though.
To make you feel better the Ferrari does about 230-300 miles and costs £100 per tank

To be fair Kev, all your driving is town and you probably do 200 miles in about 2 months!

G - go p#ke it
I am covering around 30 miles a day, with light traffic. So it gives me some reassurance I am getting the norm out of a full tank. As I said when i heard another exige could get 300 miles i became slightly concerned

Sounds OK'ish but my old N/A Exige would easily get 200 on a pure urban commute and 260 plus on a motorway run...only around 85 at Spa though...
The S/C Exige uses much more fuel but will still do 200+ on a 'proper' road run (if it's wet).
The Exige tank is bigger than advertised, must be around 46L...
