A bit late I know, but I wouldn't let RAC Auto Windscreens in Aberdeen touch any car of mine. Had no end of trouble when they changed the screen on my old Audi Coupe - ended up having to take it to their (far more professional) place in Dundee to get it fixed.

it gets better!
I called at 4pm yesterday to check that the car wads ready and was told that the windscreen was complete but they were refusing to put back on the access panels & 4 clam bolts because they hadn't taken them off and didn't know where the went, even though they stood and watched me take them off. complete & utter cop-out!!
I couldn't be @rsed with going down their place after work to do it so i'll go down today but I'm going to complain like fcuk while i'm there about the shoddy service and demand that they wave the £75 excess.
