Fuel Tank 2-Pin Connector (NLC)

Post by 111Robin » Sun Oct 26, 2008 5:28 pm

I'm looking for a 2-pin sealed connector that can be fitted to a fuel tank to take the pump fed/earth wires through. Original connector is one-piece, press fitted into the pump acess plate and one of the contacts has broken inside the connector. Loking for something that can be fitted through a newly drilled hole possibly in 2 parts that can then be mated to provide a seal inside and out as it would be impossible to replicate the original interference fit item without the correct tooling. It's for an old Astra so obviously I could try a breakers for a complete pump/plate but thought I would try to find an alternative connector first. Had a look on the RS site but nothing suitable there,

Cheers,

Robin

I'm sure some of the aircraft types could find you a mil-stan connector....

Sadly I can't help anymore, the consumables store is firmly locked here (Perhaps they heard I was coming!)
