Dastek do a progressive N2O kit that runs of the back of their Unichip piggyback Ecu. The salesman had me hooked till i discovered its not compatible with the Z22SE Ecu
The downside is it costs the best part of 2K  And requires splicing into the main loom :(

Outside of the boy racer community and pub talk, I can not see an application for NOS in an Elise, other than the way that Steve Guglielmi uses it in his Time Attack car.

He is in the Pro Class against 900hp Evo's and Scooby's, so needs it on the straights to be competetive and give him 520+hp. But he is only running 3 or four laps at a time. I could add it to my car for another 80hp up the straights, but what is the point for trackdays?

If you were speccing a car for 1/4 mile competition it would be different, but I doubt if you have that in mind.

Fine for a straight line but i would not want to use it if there is corners involved

Oh and the cost of refilling a bottle is pretty much ouch

Oh thats not very true

yes you can get large power increases but it can very very easily damage your engine through over stressing it or getting the mix wrong and it munches a piston. And as to using it on a diesel unless you seriously play with the fuel pump its useless, its far better to use propane injection
