The existing set up use an inductive loop on the king lead and a split the LT side of the coil. - Now sorted to run off the ecu output :D
Aye, pin 12 will work a bit better... Glad you got it sorted Mac :thumbsup

Ok, so I'm a muppet. I was looking at the diagram the wrong way (was using the LT signal to the coil by mistake)

I've now found the correct Pin on the ECU and it doesn't have a connection :(

Are these the right connectors? http://uk.rs-online.com/web/search/sear ... breadCrumb

and if so - is there anywhere I can get them apart from RS or does anyone have an RS account?

If you just need one or two I can post you some. Also I have a couple of stumpy wires with the terminal on them, so you can insert the wire into the connector and then crimp something onto the end of that.

Anyway, send me your snail mail and I will post you some over if nobody has any nearer? BTW, you can order them from Emerald too.

Cheers

Many thanks to all who contributed, especially Shug with his kind donation of two ecu pins.

Rev counter is now working a treat after using the new output and moving the connection away from the coil packs.

:D
