Ah well. I will give these a go. Cheap enough to try out.
Tbh honest, a bit of a waste of money if I was to spend big bucks on a tyre as I only do 3/4 trackdays a year.

It seems that:
225/45/16 is the tyre size preference.
Can i still use 205/45/16

I just took a pair of Avon z1's off the rear of mine coz walshy said that they were dangerous so be careful.

Shame you didn't mention it, Gareth - I could have sold you the spare set of tyres in my garage. Lots of tread, can't speak for their performance in the wet though...
