The problem we had was that we had 1,000's of quiet accounts, many of which were dormant spammers. It would have taken many many hours of work to figure out who was spammer and who wasn't, so we posted up on the forum giving people some notice that they needed to post at least once in the near future.

Anyway, welcome back :-)
