I've been reading a few of the posts and see so many people happy with their cars ..... not met a sad Elise owner yet!
Got a S1 a few years ago after I finished with sinking money into rallying and wish I had bought one years ago (I'd be a lot richer!!) .
You can blame me for the bad weather;
2007 after an ab-fab March and April, I put Ellie back on the road May 4th. For the next 2 months, I wished I was Noah.
2008 - thought I'd leave it a month later, f**k me, if it wasn't a glorious May..... June the 1st on the road....don't need to tell you guys the rest.
2009 - car's going to stay in the garage and give you some sun
I love driving and think nothing of getting up early and heading out ... don't know where - don't care
I also like the whole Lotus thing (flash / polite wave / and the crinch when you realise it's a Smart Roadster... Doh !!) and hope there are some meets / drives out with the odd orange juice in the pub moments. Still trying to get the hang of which posts let me know when and where you guys meet (regular or adhoc)
And that's all I gotta say about that.
