I don't know driving in another way which isn't risky. Each one has to improve himself. Each driver has its limit. My limit is a little bit further than other's.

Afraid not, I am not in Aberdeen that often, the last time was over a month ago to get wallpaper at BOD B&Q, which was not a happy experience for my loved one because a seagull scored a direct hit on the burger she was eating in the B&Q car park ... one of the misfortunes of having no roof![]()
Better the burger than your seats

Too much power for an old guy like me really but awesome fun especially overtaking. When I first got the car the most difficult thing about it was changing down from 5th to 4th you have to be very careful NOT to select 2nd and over-rev and probably ruin the engine depending on what speed you were going. CC did warn me about this and said that there had been quite a number engines ruined as a result of owners selecting the wrong gear when changing down at speed, the other danger being selecting 1st instead of 3rd when changing down from 6th

Great spec. Mine is the Superlight R, 190bhp Rover VHPD engine at 540kg. Come down to Knock hill with it

Welcome david, I'm in Kemnay well just outside past the quarry, but you'd have to be very observant to spot my car going about, it's not out that often.
If you want to drop by feel free. PM and I'll send directions, or just drop in if you happen to pass and see a blue s1 exige (there can't be that many).

Re: Hello (Aberdeenshire)
We put in an offer for a house near the quarry Kerry. I can't for the life of me remember the name of it. It was needing a lot of work done to it but we totally loved it! Unfortunately it sold for almost £40k more than our offer! Was about this time two years ago. Maybe April time actually.....

Re: Hello (Aberdeenshire)
If it was a kit type single bungalow which had a field between it and the Quarry, surrounded by a few other houses then I know the one your talking about. I'm not sure how much work was needed, so maybe not that one. Anyway could be one of my neighbours.jen wrote:We put in an offer for a house near the quarry Kerry. Re: Hello (Aberdeenshire)
No, it wasnt a kit house, it was like an old farm house, which had been extended. It had a gate and plenty of space to build a double garage and still have a front courtyard and massive driveway!! Just had a look on googlemaps and it was on the B993, on the right hand side as if heading to Inverurie, opposite a farm.
Not that it matters now cos we didnt have enough money to buy it!!

Ok, I know the house. A wee bit along the road from me.
But yes irrelevant now.
