Stopped in Portobello - Black S1, Hardtop & Black Wheels

As title, pulled over in Potobello about 16:30
I was on my push bike wearing a scary bright fluorescent orange jacket. Tried to chat to the driver, as I'm sure it's the one I nearly bought about this time last year (belonged to a guy called Jay IIRC), however he pulled away before I caught up.
Anyone on here?
