Take things easy, quite a few biker deaths in past week so Police sure to be clamping down on popular biker roads.
One of the salemen from BMW in Dalkeith is heading off on a charity ride to Nepal orphanage tomorrow on a GS. Hoping to meet up with them in Dalkieth around ten and ride through with them to the BMW dealer in Bishopbriggs. Should be quite a few GSs around there about elevenish.
Then a good run for your mate would be up to Lennoxtown then up over Fintry adn on to Aberfoyle and the Dukes Pass. He could take his GS on the Forrest road while you scoot up and down the pass.

thanks for the heads-up Iain

I haven't been out on a bike for a while so I'm going to be taking it verrrrry easy.
