Smile factor

Post by TAMBO » Sat Aug 25, 2007 9:55 pm

i was out today for a few hours, my dad has not been well and not been out of the house for a few months. his balance has been fekd. I went through to see him today for a surpise visit.

he is on the mend :D

i said to the old man "comon we will go a run into town".

i expected the usual answer "that will be right " but he said
"lets go "

i totally behaved and had a nice run into town, and my dad loved it.

the fastest car he ever had was a datsun 120Y :kermit

5 miles from home i got his heart pumping, dad went into house with massive smile.

Might try get him up to KH for a few PAX laps on the SIDC day :P

i have had so much fun in my car and it great when you take someone in an elise for their first time

:D

I like scaring the sh!t out of the cocky ones, there are a couple of bits of dual carriageway around here that are split by hedges, banks, etc instead of the normal barriers. When you overtake on a blind bend and they forget its a dual carriageway....

That and braking late and making use of the harnesses :D

Sounds like your father and I have a couple of things in common. How old is he?

If he came to KH and paxed with me, we could probably set an age record for a two seater there.

Clarkie

She does have that certain "je ne c'est pas" factor, which is not present in a pair of bare feet.
