Anyone up at Knockers tonight?

Post by gorrie » Thu Aug 23, 2007 9:17 am

I know most peeps are going to SAROC tomorrow, but just wondered if anyone is going to be up at the Dreadnought/Star Performance night tonight?

If so, I'll try and keep out your way :D

Andy.

yep... although it's more expensive doing that (and assuming there are places left)

£60 booked 1mth in advance,
£65 booked less than 1mth in advance,
£70 if booked on the day or if you just turn up on the night.

I'm a cheapskate, so booked over a month ago... Give Dreadnought a call to see if there are places rather than just turning up. What I would say though... if this is your 1st tracknight, the Dreadnought nights typically allow overtaking on the inside or outside... so you just need to be a bit more aware in case you move over on to someone.

It does make it easier for faster cars though, as occassionally someone will not move over which can be a pain if the rule is overtaking in the outside only.

Keen on coming, will stump up tonight if places are left. Is it pretty hardcore? I will be taking it easy if possible.

Not hardcore as such... but, you do get the occassional loon Gary. TBH, I cut my teeth at Dreadnought nights and so did my wife, but that was before they were run alongside Star (VAG contingent).

I'm trying to persuade SWMBO to have a bash tonight as she aint tracked the 'liz yet and is a bit nervous about it... we'll see.
