Ricky Gauld - servicing

Post by Gareth » Wed Aug 22, 2007 9:49 am

Maybe of some interest to the northern lot.
Just a recommendation for Ricky (based in Huntly). He serviced my Caterham last week. Bled brakes, changed oil, cambelt, fuel filter for £277! Dreadnought quoted me £600 for a similiar job.

Mega price/service.

As I have never had an engine problem with N1 or N3, I dont see Ricky as often now, as for CV joints and the lesser jobs I use John Duthie who is a mile away, and can nearly always do it at short notice.

Hmmm, Huntly is a wee bit further for me than Callander, but I'm now guessing it'd be worth it, plus some good roads to get there and back
