Just spoke to Graeme at MMC and when I bought my car there was a promotion to go to Lotus and do the track driving thing, stay in a hotel and visit the factory.
Well chuffed!!!

I did the factory tour on the day my Exige was in the final stages of production. Really fascinating to speak to some of the staff and see how the car was put together. Didn't do the track driving thing at Hethel, but I am sure it will be great too. I have paxed with Nick Adams and Dave Minter from Lotus at KH and those guys can really drive. Have fun

I got that offer mailed to me (I sent the slip in the service book off to Hethel when I bought my S1 -2nd hand- and get all the promotional bumff) sounded fekin ace!
Would soo love to do the factory tour... *dreams* "and over here is the new Esprit, but don't tell anyone"

last time I was down in long straton I met a bloke in the pub who worked at lotus and he offered to take me round the factory on the monday.
I had to drive back on the Sunday
