Hello.

I mentioned to a few SE types that my MIL light has popped on with a HIGH IDLE REVS error. This was caused by the indcution kit and stage 2 combination. The car went into MMC to lower the IDLE REVS but this did not help and MIL came on again. So this weekend MMC took that car back at my request to remove the induction kit. I was told that it was not covered by the warenty but they removed it out of goodwill. Im delighted they did this and im delighted with the result. The car is much smoother with induction gone (less spitty) I really prefer it :D :D :D

Anyway, thought i would post to let everyone know.

Cheers
Scott

:D i know what you mean.

im finding i using the second cam more now with the induction removed. i think its becasue the transition between cams is much smoother , car feels soooooo much nicer to drive for some reason.

kinda makes up for not being able to sell me a rack end/ track rod and quoting me £370 for a new rack!

I assume that would have included supplying a new airbox/filter/feed again though... (I guess)... which no doubt would have cost a packet normally.

Which they no doubt would have 'lying around' as they will remove them to fit induction kits, and I'm not aware of anyone getting a refund on the normal airfilter and fittings, after getting an induction kit fitted.
