Scottish Elises

There was a post on here a few months ago where you could type in a reg no and it would tell you who had it and what car it was on.....

it was an old post but i cant find it....

can anyone help?

i do know if you type a plate into Confused.com it will tell you the exact make and model but not the owner!!!

thats all i know
