If there is a reasonable number of virgins it might be worthwhile giving them 5 mins SIDC style warm up first before the usual suspects take to the track.

Don't worry about it, we'll cover this in the briefing.

Its not a race, so take it easy, take advantage of any experienced willing pax's to give you pointers, and keep it nice and safe, and on the black stuff.

I'm sure you'll grow to love it.

If the newbies want a quick chat before hand about the do's and don't of knockhill, we'll compile a quick bit of footage from a previosu session and talk you through it
