Yeah, harse sentence but looks like he may well have deserved it. Makes Ronnie Klos getting off 156 and on the phone getting off scot free a complete and utter farce........

From this comparisons site (Speed vs Points) it looks like slammer time is rare though!

Easly done in a car like that, bet it felt like he was croozin.

I would have thought the same, BUT.

Creevy had been banned from driving for four years in 2000 for dangerous driving and had picked up two speeding tickets not long before the 123mph incident.

"You seem not to have learned your lesson as you appeared to have picked up two fixed penalties for speeding. It's my view that I would be lacking in my duty if I did not recognise this."
