replacement trim on Steering wheel S.1
My alacantera trim on the wheel is a bit worn and dirty now and i'd like to get it changed. I cant clean it cause the surface is literally scuffed away so new is the way me thinks. Are these easy to fit and any idea how much to buy/ source?
thanks

I did my own wheel centre. The exige interior was red but I fancied black so... Got the alcantara from ebay for next to nothing, removed the old cover and used it as a rough template, spray adhesive on the wheel centre, new alcantara applied, edges trimmed and Bobs your Uncle. 15 mins work at most. Also did the door cards, sill covers and the facia panels on the dashboard. Looks perfect and as good as new. Cheap as chips too.

this looks rather snazzy http://www.elise-shop.com/index.php?mai ... cts_id=373
I have a steeringwheel you can have gratis thats not shiny if you want another std one.
I have one of those in my garage. I came off my first 340r.jj wrote:this looks rather snazzy http://www.elise-shop.com/index.php?mai ... cts_id=373
I have not fitted it to this one as it blocks out most of the clocks. But this is the 340 the Elise/Exige clocks might be different.
