I recently got nailed by a camera doing 40 in a 30
Just received the initial letter asking me to confirm it was me before they decide on my punishment
Does anyone with experience in this area know what it's likely to be?
The options were:
1. 3 points
2. A fine
3. A ban
4. All of the above
Never been done for speeding before although i have 3 points for failing to comply with traffic signals
Cheers
Ron

yep and you cant use the european human rights ledgislation and not tell them who was driving either.
even though it plainly says that "you do not have to incriminate yourself"

Cheers chaps.
I had just switched my radar (implanted at birth) off because it was the last place i expected a camera to be. If i'd been on an awesome run at the time i'd be less annoyed at myself
Lesson learnt

Which stretch of road were you done on Ron? There's often a mobile van down the road from your folks new house. Parks on the pavement before the traffic lights. Hope that's not where it was and this info is too late for you
