Humble Apologies to All on the Ayrshire Run

I would like to apologise for being a twat and driving off the road, hence ruining everyones afternoon as I had to limp home

Big thanks to all who was there and helped me out of the banking I found myself buried in. Up until then I was having a great day with a great bunch of people with some good roads. Again thanks to all for helping me out and accepting me into the fold. Although I guess I wont be invited back any time soon
Again I am sorry I am more annoyed about how it effected everyone elses day than my own or the car for that matter.
Thanks again
Nizzy (Graeme)

Bit of a sore wrist, will wait and see what it is like tommorow before bothering the hospital as it's more than likely just a sprain.
Pride and ego however is ireprably damaged !
I was taking a corner and was a little heavy on the brake locked up the front left went into a skid and it got buried in the embankment I'm sure someone will have a photo.
the car was lucky, something is bent as the steering wheel isn't pointing in the right direction and i have a small chunk out the front clam

:(:(
so i will be travelling by bus for a while

I got lost - ended up driving from the other end of the route from Girvan towards towards Challoch to find everyone but gave up eventually and turned back to Girvan and then Ayr.
Where did it happen?
Hope you get it fixed soon.

Graeme, bad luck - locking up the fronts into a corner is quite common (happens on every run to someone I reckon) - a lot of folk get away with it, but not always.
Still, doesn't sound like it's too bad, so hopefully it'll be back on the road sooner rather than later.
Cheers,
Robin

Happened not to far outside of girvan, on the dallmellington to girvan road.
Was a very fortunate place for it to have happened with a lay-by safe for the rest of us on a few yards away.
I saw the dust you kicked up and had a feeling. Wen't into the corner a olot slower than i would have otherwise, probably just as well for the both of us.
Craig, what happened to you?
Ross, sorry to hear about your car mate.
small off
