woohoo! my msa license arrived today :D

ok, so it may only be a non race b license, but it's definatly a step in the right direction as i've fancied doing a bit of motorsport for a while now.

Has anyone here ever done an autotest or a sprint? I'd like to pop along just for a look sometime soon and see what its all about, but havnt got a clue about when or where!

Cheers,

Steve

Steve,

Watch the meets section for Autotests I think they tend to be earlier in the year but Lawrence will be along shortly to tell you the full story - I am sure :D

Autotest in Aberdeen on Sunday.

http://www.caligari.net/scottish7s/July29thRegs.doc

I'll be there in my 7, and Gareth is taking his "toxic frog"

Don't need a race licence for the autotest, just need to slip Dom a fiver to join ADCS

Be good to see some Elises participating, rather than sitting at the sidelines :D

Sprint and hillclimb events here:
http://www.scottish-sprinting.co.uk/events.html

An option for you may be Kames (Muirkirk, Ayrshire) next weekend, 4th and/or 5th Aug. :D

...and Fintray on Aug 11th and 12th. That licence is fine. At the moment there are still some places left.

I'm trying to get a late entry for Kames on the 5th, not sure I'll bother with Fintray, but will be at Doune on 14/15th sept - and I'm pretty sure you can enter that on a NAT B this year (even though the regs may kinda suggest otherwise), there's also a Forrestburn h/c on 26th Aug which will be a NAT B licence too, but I won't be in the country so can't make that either . . .

Doune : very unforgiving
Kames : very intense
Lossie : very fast
Fintray : very short
Forrestburn : very blind

So . . . plenty events left this year to get into . . .
