Is that a BP station by any chance? Their Super and Diesel pumps are almost identical, nearly picked up the diesel pump for the Lotus myself a few times.

Esso @ Newbridge.
Ran the car dry as planned on using the new funky expensive diesel to go further. Picked up blue gun, saw 105p and filled to the brim.
round the rounabout and kangarooed back to petrol station.
AA to a mates to drain and try to flush this weekend.
Thats the clam off suspended this weekend then...

I filled our van at work with unleaded a few weeks ago. I got about 1/2 a mile from the petrol station before it started to smoke a bit

Doh! Hope it hasn't gone too far.
Mind and keep the fuel you drain, a K should burn that kind of ration of SL/diesel ok. ETA: Pikey fatction

When filling up, very so soften I will sunddenly look down in a slight panic just to check it is petrol I am filling the car with. Thats what happens when you have to get up every morning before 6 to drive 90 miles to work

You cannot put diesel in a petrol 'cos the nozzles are bigger, but it's easy to put petrol in a diesel as Katie found out the other week
I hope you drive to work in the tiger - that'll make the commute a lot more fun
Cheers,
Robin
