"Enthusiastic" Golf Driver

Post by caleebra » Mon Mar 28, 2005 9:38 pm

Any of you guys drive a mk4 Golf as a daily driver? :P

Came up behind one today on the way back to Pitmedden, was sitting behind another car as we came out of Whitecairns and he indicated to let me pass first, then erm, gave chase! I didn't note the variant as I passed but suffice to say he kept right to me in a very "spirited" drive back to Pitmedden.

Now, even although I'm inexperienced and therefore very cautious, I was pushing as hard as I felt comfortable doing on a public road, so this guy was either:

a) Bonkers
b) Driving some trick Golf variant
c) Much more compitent, experienced driver
d) All of the above

Anyway, it was fun.

No it was a metallic gray kinda colour, with private plate.

He flashed at me as I turned into my street, and made a hand gesture - not sure if it was a friendly one or not :D

Or your name is Tut or Uldis...actually not Uldis. He would just pull over and have a street fight! :D
