As Dave(rag_it) is moving out of my flat, has got a job in Dundee, i now have a spare room.
Not sure if anyone is looking, or you know anyone who is, but if you are its a double room in a modern flat just 15 minutes walk from the centre of town. Rent is £400 pcm all inclusive of bills etc. Flat is fully kitted out and has GCH, double glazing and MOST importantly private parking!

Great flat, area is alright, just make sure you cant cook or like Pasta, and as for Ed's chat.............well lets just say it bareable!
