Aye, Tis a wee bit of a problem right enough... Plusnet teams are currently working 24/7 (powered by Red Bull) with the police and various security services and doing everything possible to tidy up the mess.
The cause was a vulnerability in a 3rd-party webmail application we use. We are working with the software providers to patch it, but have taken the service offline anyway as a precaution.
