Anybody heading to the USA soon?

Post by campbell » Sun Mar 25, 2007 1:30 am

Looking for a courier ;-)

Bought a bottle of Johnson's Soothing Vapor Baby Bath when we were in Florida last May. Picked it up by mistake (!) and only discovered it was for nippers with colds after a few days bathing Eilidh and thinking "cor, this stuff is strong !" at which point I read the label a bit more carefully.

Sadly it has now run out, at a time when we need it more than ever. Tried and failed to find it anywhere in the UK, don't know why it's not available.

Can't buy from Amazon.com - who do stock it - as they won't ship to UK. Similar story with other US online drugstores.

So wondered if anyone fancies bringing 4-5 bottles back from their forthcoming holidays or business trip?! Cash and gratuity waiting...

cheers

Campbell

Could be better than nothing!

I may try out "Access USA"..apparently they get you a US PO Box then forward stuff from there. Not sure of costs yet though.

cheers anyway!

Yes, it would!!

Here's the stuff:

Link to Drugstore.com

"Soothing vapor bath", basically Johsons baby bath with some menthol through it.

A few bottles stashed into your hold luggage would be great, we will reimburse you before or after as you prefer!

Let me know if you are up for it, it's pretty sad I know but does make a big difference to a nipper with a blocked nose ...and the amount of sleep we all get as a result....

cheers

Just in case you havn't tried any Karvol products I can recommend them for getting a good nights sleep with kids with colds. In fact Skye just used one of the capsules last night when she was going to bed badly stuffed up and this morning she is fine.

Well reminded.

Still like the Johnson Vapor Bath...maybe partly cos it reminds us of our great holiday in Florida too!
