Roughly how much would it cost to repair this?
IMHO - too much.
By the jaunty angle of the rear wheel I would imagine that the rear suspension pick up points have been damaged. If that's the case then it's a new tub.
Given that a car of that age is circa 16-18k (from a dealer) then to have it written off must mean the damage is fairly expensive. If it only needed a new clam then that would have been done by the insurer.

Looks like needs repairs and respray of front clam, say £500
New or more economically a refurbished and painted rear calm, about £1000 (£3K if new)
Looks like there may be a bit of damage to the wheels and a geo will be a must. £300
So assuming that there is no damage to the chasse or running gear and that you are doing a few bits and bobs yourself I recon about £2K
I recon that it might be a good buy if you get it for £5K or less. Any more and you are taking on a lot of trouble for no reason and a Cat B will always be difficult to sell.
If like the boys say the suspension points have been damage it’s a no go.
