Talladega Nights was disappointing.
Hired it on Fri. Em fell asleep after 10 mins of watching it.
Couple of good one liners...that's it.

Went to the Dominion to see Hot Fuzz on Saturday - you can't beat a leather sofa and a bottle of beer while you are watching a movie 8)

New Statesman, absolutely brilliant. Must get hold of the complete run. (hint, hint)

The Thick of It was also top quality, just a pity that Chris Langham had a penchance for young boys and got thrown out.

Peter Capaldi as a version of Alistair Campbell deserved an Oscar.

Anybody that has not heard it, try and get hold of Chris Langhams "People Like Us" series on radio. Must have listened to each one a dozen times, and "The Farmer" will have you in stitches.

Children of Men is really, really good.

Hot Fuzz - very funny moments but they don't come as fast you'd like until the 2nd half. Excellent though!

Employee of the Month is definately worth a watch. The 'bad guy' (who could easily be Zach Braffs evil twin) is brilliant.

Casino Royale - in my view, the best Bond by far

Got the Producers on dvd from Tesco last week - that's hilarious, Mel Brooks is genius

Also got Scarface from Tesco for £3 - that's lined up for this week too

Yeah watched it tonight, quality film. Not a fan of Leonardo Dicappuccino, but he done well with the South African accent.

Got a real big soft spot for Africa, well Southern Africa, haven’t visited the north. Fantastic places to visit. Just a shame the crime is out of control and the governments sit idly by, far too busy buying new private jets to do anything about it.

But :thumbsup for Blood Diamond.
