Someplace like CEF should do the trick, but check out B&Q too

also check cumberland electrical in cumberland street if you're really in for a bargain.

they do you some good *ahem* VAT Dodge *ahem* deals!
TBH if is just strip lights you're after, then a B&Q superstore might surprise you for price! (as Ross has already pointed out)

I just bought two 1.5m ones from B&Q for a tenner each incl tubes.
Dunno if that's good or bad......I looked at screw fix but wasn't a huindred percent sure which ones were what so went to B&Q.

u might want to check in an aquarium shop!! i have an aquarium with 2 strip lights with full length rotating reflectors behind them. its water resistant too!!!
