I'm sure I just heard the liz blowing down the street !!!!

Terrible wind and the rain hasn't let up all day !!!!!

I was watching the falkirk v rangers game on setanta today(wish I hadn't bothered but that's another story) there cameras were constantly soaked could hardly see the game, between a wet lense and it cutting off completely.

So did anyone go for a blast today lol :D

Yes, I too would like to shame the weather for being so pish.

I was driving down to Prestwick Airport today, looking about at a lot of grey, wet stuff.

I actually had to think back to a blazing summer day and how great hitting 2nd cam coming out a bend on a country road is to hold back the tears!

Then the greyness took over again. Ah well, only 4 or 5 months to go!

The M6 near the westmoorland services was a nightmare this PM.

Standing water (which kicked in the traction control on the Golf) which was being blown across the carriageway. Thankfully it was quiet so we didn't have the usual Vectra TD vs BMW 316 in the outside lane at 2 meters apart.

Was so glad to get home.

Sarah had to get out to help an old lady near Harvy nicks. The old dear was holding on to the edge of the Rav and luckily Sarah noticed her. She was borderline horizontal and very scared. Think S gave her a lift home so Karma points are on the up.

Agreed. I did the same route on Sunday afternoon and really struggled in my RAV4, was blown off 3rd lane into central reservation luckily where there was a grass verve somehow kept the car upright and avoided all other cars. We saw one saloon car go straight through a fence in central reservation, have never driven in wind like that.
