Suppose so. Might change the County map of Scotland somewhat but probably allows for the possibility of deleting Fife and merging Strathclyde and Lothian

theres a limit of 10 options per pole, so youll need to delete one,
cant imagine there is many in the western isles.

Scotland isn't divided by regions any more so technically it doesn't.
