Just in case you did not know The Best of Top Gear is on at 20:00 tonight on BBC2 enjoy

This probably means that the new series starts soon I know they have been in the studio filming again.

Last I heard was Hammond was due to start filming again in January, Clarkson and May are currently filming so I would expect (hope) to see the new series starting in early spring

I have just checked the Top Gear web site and it says that they will announce the series timetable in the next couple of weeks - watch this space.
