In-car intercom

I'm normally out in the car on my own but having taken a wee trip in the vx with the girlfriend, I realised it's almost impossible to hear each other without shouting (I know, normally it's a blessing  ). Anyone used any headsets they'd recommend to allow talking to each other without shouting? Need to add I don't want to spend hunners on it too since I'm a cheap git

 think it has something to do with the VSE exhaust too
Drones quite a lot when cruising, especially noticeable with the roof on (not normally a problem but she insisted the roof had to be on :? )

try a taller girlfriend and a shorter girlfriend and see if that makes any difference, then pick best of the 3 :)

Tell her the roof is broken and just go for a drive on your own. It'll probably be better anyway...

Plenty rally intercoms and Bluetooth mashups around I think?

This was on my list while we had the S1 because James and I were doing a lot of long distances and he was struggling to be heard

Never got round to researching, so share what you find Ali?

Zello and Two Way are where I'd start...

Plug your fave earbuds-mic combo into your phones and you're off!

I had exactly the same problem in my VX.

My wife solved it by saying “I’m never going in that stupid yellow car again”

🙄

I could do with something for the Zenos, once over 40mph you cannot hear a thing

yup, lots of bike oriented kits

I guess with a bit of digging one could find something pretty groovy

But I am tired of adding kit, so if the phones can be set up to do it, that's a bonus. Although prob need a twin USB port to keep their batteries alive on the really long trips!
