Looking for a painter in the Dundee area for a small job

Looking for a painter in the Dundee area for a small job:

- Dundee Tech Park.
- 17.5sq/m painted, white emulsion.
- 740mm skirting board, undercoat and paint grey.
- door frame, undercoat and paint grey.
- door, , undercoat and paint grey.
- also supply the paint & tools.

Seems to be very difficult to get a quote from anywhere. Have tried 3 x independents so far and received no response, then 2 x trade websites, again no response.

I can't comment on the quality of their work, but always chuckle at their number plates, which all end FFS!
