Enzo, but the rest are just poser cars anyway.
My favourite would be:
Porsche 917.
Not on your list

hmm tuff one!
always had a soft spot for the big Aston Martins... so will vote the Vanquish
Enzo - yummm
SLR Mclaren is special, mean
F40... i prefer the F50
Lambo - id get the roofed version and pretend im in space. love the angry sound of the engine!
F430 - sing while ur driving (the engine that is!)
Zonda - never seen on in the flesh yet, but looks v different to the rest - like the US stealth bombers look nothing like normal planes!

I'd be torn between the Enzo and the Zonda.
And assuming you could comfortably afford either if them you would possibly have at least one of the others also, so I would be torn between the Lambo and the 430. But would have an Aston in the garage aswell, maybe not a Vanquish though.
But the Elise would be used most

Green Subaru Impreza Turbo, a 'classic'.
Silver Jeep Cherokee 2.5 TD, on SORN spec...
Black Disco 3, black van man spec...

Torn between the Enzo, F40 and the Zonda! I'll take all 3 please. And maybe the Gallardo Spyder for everyday use....

It does annoy me that the Veryon gets such bad press simply because Murray is such a motoring luvvey.

Perhaps I have simply looked at this from the wrong perspective, but I had to choose between the F430 which i think i could comfortably live with on an every day basis, however the AM got a good lookin, but maybe just for Sundays!

I think I'm tied between the F430 and the Aston - from an everyday point of view.
I'd take the F430 on the basis that the roof comes off, on the rare sunny day in Glasgow!

i voted for F40.
Although if i were to be given one of the above id take the Enzo, flog it on and buy a 430, s/c honda s1 exige and an rs4 along with a nice house/triple garage to put them in.

F40. No contest.
Raw. No driving aids, not bogged down with a/c, a stereo, door handles...
Plus, it did adorn my bedroom wall for nigh on 5 years when I was a youngster (and I think I still have 2 Burago die-cast models of the bad-boy at mum & pop's house!) Centemental value weighs high! However, I wonder if it would be like meeting one of your heroes...

nah, youll get £700k i reckon for a mint enzo, £120k for fezza, £30k for exige and £50k for an rs4 leaving you with a cool half mil.
That my friend would buy a nice place in the country with enough land to build a trip garage.
