Three Peaks, Lecht, Cairngorm and Glenshee

Post by Kinger » Sun Apr 30, 2017 8:36 pm

Went out this afternonn for a "wee run" in the Cup, afraid I got a bit carried away. Started off going down through Strathdon and over the Lecht into Tomintoul. Decided to just keep going over to Granton, I stopped a the river for a break and couldn't believe there was two guy's having a swim in the Spey, it must have been Baltic. Carried on to Aviemore, decided to go up to Cairngorm Ski centre then down the old road to Newtonmore before joining the A9. Christ that A9 is one boring road sitting at 60mph for most of the time down to Pitlochry. However I was rewarded with my best run from Kirkmichael to Ballater, only came across one car and got passed easily.

All in all a great day, I was just going to watch F1 but instead settled for a magic 6 hours in the Cup. Starting to like it even more now. Now I'll watch the F! with a nice cold beer.

Modified bracket works a treat, slightly easier to fit too.
Oh Yes, the 2ubular sounds magic too. Although I've had to buy a decibel slayer from Demon Tweaks for Zolder.
