Right. You are a weird and varied bunch on here with eclectic tastes..
Anyone got one of these or any experience of same?
And can you fit a tow bar to an Evora 400??

I think I'd rather just take a flask of hot water and sleep in the Evora. Those Recaro CS seats are super comfy you know! Did that at the British GP last year. Could not be arsed putting the tent up and just slept in the Evora seats fine. Just like being on a plane to the US or India except the wine was better and did not keep getting nudged by the pax next to me who wanted to go for another wee!
FFS - just seen the price of them! £9k! Jeez, that's 900 nights in a Hilton hotel and 1500 nights in a great B&B. Bonkers....

Ok. I get the general picture but....depreciation is only about 5 - 10 % over 2 years. That is better than a new Lotus....I reckon a 400 with a tow bar would Def do the trick. Not sure how the clutch would hold out.....or what Craig would say when asked to fit same......

I would rather sleep in a tent than pull that thing anywhere. Drive ruined.

Go for it Martin, great solution.
Not ideal for a road run, though you would still be faster than some, but something like that as I pulled into a campsite would do me fine.

I like the idea, but I've gone soft these days. Now my kids are old enough, it's often just my wife and I, we've realised we can have the best five star treatment for the two of us, as opposed to the two and a half star, twin adjoining rooms we used to need.

You should have popped along to the SECC as the Scottish Caravan & Motorhome show was on this weekend. Was tempted to have a gander as always fancied buying a motorhome to take my wife/dogs on holiday in Europe.
Another alternative would be to fit roof bars and then put a roof tent on:

I think your calculator is broken. But yes, it's still a lot of cash. Having tried to sleep in an Elise before though, I have to ask what height you are ?
