Wanted: Cheap runabout.

Looking to buy a cheap shed to keep the winter miles off the Exige. Want something very cheap and not necessarily that cheerfull.

Must have 6 months tax and MOT minimum. Budget is £500 absolute maximum.

If anyone knows of someone wanting rid of a car in the bracket please let me know.

You too should get a bengally taxi like our Merc 190 - awesomely comfortable, and just built to go on and on - ours was £500, and the plate on it was worth £400, so you shoul dbe able to find yourself something!

I am going to keep it until it goes bang!!!

Way to go. I got an old (£400) Escort and it feels like my birthday every time I get the Lotus out

It's also twice as reliable

Thinking more along the lines of cheapo 1 litre effort rather than a pimpwagon Dave.

I have a diesel N reg Ibiza with 6 months MOT for £250 for sale ATM. Have a mate with first option to take it, but PM me if your interested.
