How long have you got?

Amongst many, their strange belief that it's their right to kill each other with guns as frequently as possible and not make them illegal?

Large scale political disengagement of the electorate through misinformation, bias press, and ignorance resulting in political figures with extreme views obtaining a disproportionately large percentage of the vote and subsequently getting air time. Similar problem here. Just an opinion of course.

so, you are ignoring the last 8 years of total failure of Obama to achieve a single one of the things he campaigned for and support a criminal who appears to be immune from any kind of prosecution?

Or that Mr Trump has already achieved what Obama said was impossible before even getting into office?

May I suggest you might want to adjust the blinkers?

(for the record, I am not so much a Trump fan as totally anti our current breed of career politician who either have never had a real job or are lawyers)

I never mentioned Obama but he's been blocked by congress on a lot of his ideas because of, see above, so he's had a challenging presidency. But my comment still stands and Obama may have benefited from it (maybe not) in the same way Trump did, and in the same way extreme parties did here, net result air time to convince the illinformed without rebuttal.

Anyways... Lotus

Sorry what had trump achieved? Other than complaining about comedy shows on twitter?

Edit : ah don't bother. I see you've made the same claim in the other thread and been unable to back it up.

Person of the Year (called Man of the Year until 1999[1]) is an annual issue of the United States news magazine Time that features and profiles a person, a group, an idea, or an object that "for better or for worse...has done the most to influence the events of the year"
Just in case this turns into the predictable anti-democracy whingefest.

It makes sense when you have the 'for better or worse' quote :thumbsup

Surely the winner having fewer votes than the runner up ( and no I don't think HC is a saint or a good presidential candidate) is anti-democratic?

Anyway, FWIW with the criteria they give, it absolutely has to be Trump.
